Adds the embedded validated template catalog, immutable SQLite snapshots, deterministic deployment previews, protected catalog and draft APIs, and CGO-free SQLite support. Full Go, race, vet, staticcheck, golangci-lint, specification, Compose, and whitespace validations passed.
